Analytics shows delivery economics and outreach quality at a glance, and Leads collects messages from the Medical3 website. Both are open to Ops and Administrators.
The Analytics page#
Open Analytics in the sidebar. The page has three blocks:
- Opportunity funnel: how many opportunities have reached each stage.
- Delivery & hours: the effort and cost of serving each client.
- Outreach & buyer quality: how outreach performs by country, category and channel.
Note: Delivery and outreach figures are recorded by the Medical3 team and reflect the latest entry.
Opportunity funnel#
Each row counts the opportunities that reached at least that stage, including closed ones. The funnel updates by itself from the pipeline; see Pipeline. You do not enter anything here.
Delivery and hours#
This block shows, for each client, the hours per week, cumulative hours, task mix, revenue to date, direct cost, gross margin and the work that could be automated. The block's title also poses a question: "Is client N cheaper to serve than client N−1?" Compare the cards side by side to answer it.
Entering delivery data
- In Delivery & hours, select Enter delivery data.
- Choose the Client.
- Add weekly hours with Add row: one row per week, with the week date and the hours.
- Enter Cumulative hours.
- Describe the Task mix. Each row is a Task and its Share (%).
- Enter Revenue to date, Direct cost and Client gross margin.
- List the work that is Automatable.
- Select Save. Saved confirms it.
Rows with a blank week or task name block saving. Use Remove to delete a row.
Outreach and buyer quality#
This block summarizes Sent, Delivered, Valid replies, Qualified buyers, Meetings, Demos and POs. View them By country, By category and By channel. Channels are Cold email, LinkedIn and Exhibitions.
Entering outreach data
- In Outreach & buyer quality, select Enter outreach data.
- Under Pick an existing row, choose the row to update, or choose New row.
- For a new row, set the Dimension (Country, Category or Channel) and the Key, for example the country or channel name.
- Enter the figures: Sent is a count, while Delivered and Valid replies are percentages. Then enter Qualified buyers, Meetings, Demos and POs.
- Select Save.
The Leads page#
Open Leads in the sidebar. It collects everything visitors send through the Medical3 website. It has two tabs:
| Tab | Contents |
|---|---|
| Contact messages | Messages sent through the website contact form. |
| Subscribers | People who signed up for the newsletter in the site footer. |
For contact messages, the list shows when it was received, the name, email, message, language and status. Long messages are shortened; select Show more to read all of one.
Working through leads#
- On Contact messages, use the filters All, New and Handled to narrow the list. The New filter shows how many messages are new. Subscribers have no status, so the filters and the buttons below apply only to contact messages.
- Read the message and reply using your normal email.
- Select Mark handled on a message so colleagues know it is done.
- If you marked one by mistake, select Mark new.
- Select Download CSV to export the list. It is available on both tabs and exports every row, whichever filter is on.
The list is paged. Use Previous and Next to move through it. If nothing has arrived yet, the tab says so.
