Your client dashboard

Your dashboard shows how Medical3 is advancing your overseas sales: where each buyer opportunity stands, what we did this week, what we need from you, and what you owe and have paid. It is read-only, so you can open it freely.

Signing in and what you see#

Sign in with the email and password you set from your setup link; see Getting started. You land on your dashboard. If something looks wrong, tell your Medical3 account manager.

The dashboard shows a "Data as of" date so you know how fresh it is. Use the links at the top of the page, or the Account menu on a phone, to open Settings, Log out or Back to site.

If you see No dashboard access, your account is not yet linked to a client dashboard. Contact your Medical3 account manager.

This week at a glance#

At the top, a short headline summarizes the week, for example how many of your overseas opportunities Medical3 advanced. If nothing moved, it says so and confirms we are still following up.

Below it, your engagement overview shows:

  • Your Service period and the Time remaining.
  • Your Target countries and Target products.
  • Your Goals this period, with progress against them.
  • The next expected milestone.

Progress#

Progress holds the Project tracker: every buyer opportunity, from first contact to purchase order. Each opportunity moves through these stages: Identified, Contacted, Replied, Qualified, Meeting, Demo/Evaluation, Quotation, Negotiation and PO.

Each opportunity shows its stage history, milestones, recent evidence and potential order value.

Weekly briefing#

Weekly briefing is published by Medical3 once a week. It has three parts:

PartWhat it tells you
Completed by Medical3What we did for you this week.
Planned nextWhat we plan to do next week.
Needed from youWhat we need you to provide so work can continue.

Each request under Needed from you names what is needed, such as Materials, Authorization, Samples or Technical staff. It has a due date and a status: Pending, Received or Overdue. Sending these items on time keeps your opportunities moving.

Until the first weekly report is published, this section stays empty.

Fees and milestones#

Fees & milestones explains what you pay and why.

  • Fee arrangement: the fee terms agreed for your engagement.
  • Milestones: events that generate a fee. The kinds are Demo, Evaluation, Quotation, PO and Reorder. Each shows its status (Not triggered, Triggered, Invoiced or Paid), the order value and the fee.
  • Invoice history: every invoice we have issued to you. Each shows its type (Monthly fee, Project fee, Milestone fee or Success fee) and its status: Invoiced, Paid or Overdue. A voided invoice is removed from the history.

Invoices appear here after Medical3 issues them. If a figure looks wrong, contact your account manager.

Market insight#

Market insight has two parts.

Buyer feedback & market validation collects what buyers have told us, grouped as Interest signals, Price feedback, Registration, after-sales and training asks, Common rejection reasons, and Medical3 recommended adjustments.

Market-entry readiness tracks what must be in place for your products to sell abroad. The areas are Registration, Materials, Quotation, Demo conditions, Samples, Training and After-sales. Each is marked Ready, In progress, Blocked or Missing. Check Needed from you in the weekly briefing for anything you can do to clear a blocked or missing item.

Buyer names and introductions#

To protect buyers, their real names stay hidden at first. Until Medical3 formally introduces a buyer to you, you see Unlocks after introduction in place of the name and company details.

Once disclosure is enabled for your engagement, an introduced buyer is shown as Formally introduced, and their identity stays visible to you from then on.

Settings, tour and help#

Open Settings to change your password, language and notification options. Your sign-in email is managed by Medical3; ask your account manager to change it.

A short guided tour runs the first time you open your dashboard. It covers the weekly summary, your engagement, the four chapters and Settings. To see it again, select the ? button in the top bar and choose Take the tour. Choose Documentation in the same menu to open this guide in a new tab.

If you have questions about your opportunities, a briefing or an invoice, contact your Medical3 account manager. For sign-in problems, see the FAQ.
